Our Upcoming Conference
 
  • Location: Holiday Inn at Fisherman's Wharf, 1300 Columbus Avenue, San Francisco, CA
  • Dates: May 11-12, 2012
  • Program: Registration opens at 7:30 AM on Friday. The program begins 9:00 AM Friday morning and ends 9:30 PM on Saturday night.
Information & Fees
  • 2012 Dues: Membership is on a calendar-year basis. If you have not yet paid your 2012 dues, please do so as part of this registration process to be charged the (lower) members' registration fee for the Conference. All presenters must register and must be members. Non-members are welcome to attend, but our registration fee is set to encourage membership. These are the dues for 2012:

    • $60 - Professional Members
    • $45 - Associate Members
    • $30 - Reduced Income or Student Members

  • Conference Registration Fees:
    (Registration fees include two luncheons and Friday evening performances. All presenters must register.)

    • Registration Member Non-Member
    Before 4/18/2012 $190 $235
    4/18/2012 - 5/4/2012 $230 $275
    After 5/5/2012 $280 $325
    Walk-In $280 $325
    Note: If paying by check, registration is not final until check is received.

  • Lodging: We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn at Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco at the special rate of $179/night, Group code: ASW. This rate is open until April 17, subject to availability of rooms. Click Here for the hotel's website.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Registrations cancelled on or before April 15 will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee between April 16 and May 10 is $75. Sorry, we cannot refund ASWM annual dues.There will be no refund for cancellations after May 10.
