Program: Registration opens at 7:30 AM on Saturday. The program begins 8:30 AM Saturday morning and ends 6:15 PM on Saturday night.

Information & Fees:
- 2013 Dues: Membership is on a calendar-year basis. If you have not yet paid your 2013 dues, please do so as part of this registration process to be charged the (lower) members' registration fee for the Symposium. These are the dues for 2013:

- Lodging:
Information on lodging and ground transportation options will be sent in the welcome email following registration.
- Meals:
A Continental Breakfast and a Luncheon are included in the registration price.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations cancelled on or before April 13 will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee between April 13 and April 20, 2013 is $50. Sorry, we cannot refund ASWM annual dues.There will be no refund for cancellations after April 20, 2013.
